Simply Allyssa: Free Food Birthdays

I come to you today with a quick (but long) post about birthday clubs. I've never really been into birthday clubs but recently one of my friends bought one of those Entertainment books with a million coupons and ever since I've been addicted to coupons.
*NOTE: Not in the Extreme Couponers stashing sort of way. More of a "check and see if we have a coupon for this place, thing, etc" sort of way.

Well I realized most places have birthday clubs - where you get free stuff on your birthday if you sign up ahead of time. On top of that, before M flies away to Philippines for a while, she's coming to visit me because:

She's going stir crazy back home
To celebrate finishing finals
It's her LAST vacation before she goes on her mission
Our birthdays happen to be two days in a row so we have extra reasons to party!

Since her birthday is the day after mine, I decided this birthday club deal was a great way for both of us to eat delicious free food while she's here (Read: I get out of cooking and we both get free Blizzards).

So I sat down and started looking up my favorite places to eat. Signed up for their online newsletters, which includes free birthday food!! It got a little out of control and I ended up signing up for 41 birthday clubs. I filtered through the ones that actually sent me good deals and the one that sent me dumb ones (like bring 5 friends get free food) and sent the following list to M, so we can dine in style on the cheap while she's here!

Here's the $97 worth of coupons I printed today - and my birthday's still a week away!

And here's the list I sent M. I'll update them as a get my birthday email from other places as well. For most places you have to sign up for their newsletter, meaning you get all their emails about specials, etc. I started getting actual birthday coupons the first day of the month, and got most of them 7 days before my birthday. Don't forget to check your junk email to find them.
